How we redesign without losing your rankings

The biggest risk in a website redesign is not the design. It is throwing away the pages Google already sends you traffic for, or changing addresses without redirects so old links break.

So we start by checking what currently works: which pages rank, which bring enquiries, and which addresses other sites link to. Those pages keep their addresses, or get proper 301 redirects if they must move.

Most redesigns fit one of our published packages, from R1499 for a standard site. If yours is bigger, we quote it in writing first.

How a website redesign project runs

1. Message us. Send what your business does and what you need, on WhatsApp or by email. You get a price and a date in writing, usually the same day.

2. Free prototype. We look at your competitors and build a working version before you pay anything. If it is not right, you walk away owing nothing.

3. The build. Once you approve the prototype and send your content, a standard site takes three days and an online shop takes seven.

4. Handover. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and you get the logins plus a short walk-through of the editor.

Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if it is done properly. We keep ranking pages at their addresses or redirect them, and check before anything changes.
Can you redesign a site built on Wix or another builder?
Yes. We move it onto WordPress, in your name, so you are not tied to a platform again.
How much does a website redesign cost?
Most fit our packages, from R1499. Larger sites are quoted in writing before work starts.
Do I have to rewrite everything?
No. We keep what still works and rewrite only what is out of date or unclear.
